When are courses released?
Courses are released weekly, with new modules, resources, and exercises available in your learning dashboard.
How often are live group sessions?
Live group sessions take place monthly and provide opportunities to ask questions, discuss course material, and connect with AIR coaches and peers. All dates and sessions will be posted to the Launch Program Page.
Do I have lifetime access to the courses?
No, you’ll have access to the set of courses you purchased for one year from your enrollment date. This includes course materials, recorded sessions, and resources.
Are the monthly group sessions recorded?
Yes! If you can’t attend live, recordings will be available in your course portal for on-demand viewing.
How does Slack work?
Slack is our main communication channel where you can:
Post questions and discussion topics related to course content.
Engage with coaches and peers in real-time.
Receive important updates and announcements from AIR Academy.
Access shared resources and insights that may not be included in the course materials.
We encourage you to participate actively to maximize your learning experience!
What happens after my course access ends?
After completing your course, you have two options to continue engaging with AIR Academy:
Join AIR Elite – our intensive, live coaching program for those who want a deeper dive into healthcare strategy, telemedicine, and digital health operations. More details will be provided as you complete your initial program.
Stay in Slack for ongoing networking and discussions for $300 per year, giving you continued access to community conversations and shared insights. You have slack access for the first year, but then its your responsibility to sign-up for continued access.
Who are the coaches?
Our coaches include AIR Academy graduates, and team members with expertise in telemedicine all ranging from different specialties and areas of focus.
What do I do if I need help?
If you need assistance, you can:

Yes! Once you complete all required coursework, you’ll receive an AIR Academy Completion Certificate, which you can add to your resume or LinkedIn profile.
Are there assignments or quizzes?
Some courses include optional exercises, case studies, or assessments to help reinforce your learning, but there are no required exams.
How much time should I dedicate to the program?
Each course varies, but we recommend setting aside 1 hour per week to go through materials, engage in discussions, and prep for any live sessions that are upcoming.
Can I switch to a different course after enrolling?
No, once you are enrolled, you cannot switch courses. Currently, we do not offer additional courses outside of your initial program.
What is AIR Elite, and how can I join?
AIR Elite is our intensive, live coaching program for participants who want deeper engagement, hands-on strategy coaching, and real-world applications beyond the foundational course. More details on eligibility and enrollment will be provided upon completion of your AIR Academy course.
Are there other courses available after this?
Currently, AIR Elite is the only next-step program available beyond your initial course. We do not offer additional standalone courses at this time.
Can AIR Academy help me find a job?
While AIR Academy does not offer direct job placement, we provide:
Guidance on job searching, and networking
Resources for telemedicine roles and health tech opportunities.
A strong network of professionals who often share job recommendations and opportunities.
