Before AIR, I was missing way too much time at home and with my kids. I feel like I met a team that really cared about my goals in medicine and helped me figure out what I wanted to do. Telemedicine has made it so I get to tuck my kids in every night, which is why I wanted to do this in the first place. 

AIR has been great in helping me navigate these complex territories. Not only do they focus in helping find where to practice but also brought in so many experts and specialists on the compliance and contracting side, which has always been my main concern. I'm so confident in telemedicine now and have over 8 jobs. 

I can't say enough about how AIR has changed my life. I found my niche and really have enjoyed stepping into a mentorship and coaching role. I even convinced my wife to join!  Thank you AIR, a million times over. 

I am happy to say AIR helped me really craft a focus around my true passion on functional medicine and longevity. Not only was I able to reduce my hours in the ER, but I get to focus more time with companies and people who are aligned with my area of speciality and interest. 

The ER burned me out, but as a physician I felt stuck! When I was introduced to AIR, I went all in. I'm so happy to say that I did. I have over 6 jobs and found some that I am way more interested and passionate about. Now I get to have some balance and still not lose my role as a physician and provider.
